Great DUI Mock Video

The below video is definitely worth a few laughs, but is quite realistic.

I can’t count how many times I’ve seen a suspect of DUI or other criminal offense try and evade police only to be caught and add to their charge(s). It’s ALWAYS best to comply with police, call an attorney in your area and let the criminal justice system work itself out.

One Way to Fail a Sobriety Test (Video)

The man in the below video painfully fails a sobriety test. I think it is safe to say he was eventually arrested for DUI.

Ouch!

If you have recently failed a breathalyzer or field sobriety test in Pinellas County and, in turn, were arrested for drunk driving you can still save your license, but must hurry. From the date of your arrest you have 10 days to schedule a license review hearing with the DMV. If you fail to schedule this hearing your license will be automatically suspended for 6 months if you failed a sobriety test and 1 year if you refused a sobriety test. If you do plan on attending your administrative review hearing it is always in your favor to bring an experienced DUI lawyer; this way you can assure everything is taken care of.

Call 727-480-9675 to speak with a Pinellas County DUI lawyer now.
